IBI Volcano provides short-term bridge financing for 3-9 months that is backed by income-producing real estate assets.

The fund works directly with companies specializing in income-producing real estate in the US and increases the cumulative transactions and companies, while strictly and proactively managing risk (or maintaining a low risk profile). The fund approves the transactions only after analysis and due diligence that includes analysis, legal investigation and goodwill testing, which are performed by a US law firm. The fund’s investments are backed by several levels of collateral, both at the asset level and at the level of the company receiving the financing.
