:Responsibilities

Develop a deep contextual understanding of our business, clients, users, and their needs.
Transform product requirements and concepts into wireframes, designs focusing on user experience.
Identify usability and design problems, and provide creative, smart, and simple solutions for complex products.
Lead the design of new features from concept to release and beyond, creating product specs, process flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
Conduct In-Depth Fintech Market Research – Explore and analyze trends, user behaviors, and competitive dynamics within the fintech industry. Utilize these insights to guide design decisions, ensuring that our products not only address the specific needs of our target audience but also lead in innovation and stay ahead of industry trends.

5 years of experience in UI/UX design within a product team.
Proven experience collaborating closely with product, R&D, and marketing teams.
Extensive experience in mobile native app design is a must.
Experience in user research and user testing is a must
A strong online design portfolio showcasing mobile apps and strong graphic principles.
A Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field is a must.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
Experience with designing Fintech mobile apps is a plus
