- Customer Journey Implementation in the System: Implementing customer journeys in the Marketing Cloud systems, collaborating with technical teams to ensure the implementation aligns with business goals.
- Data Analysis: Analyzing data from customer journeys to identify trends and improve customer journeys and marketing strategies.
- Project Management: Managing Marketing Cloud projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure deadlines and requirements are met.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Working with development, marketing, sales, and IT teams to ensure smooth and aligned project implementation.
